Here is a list of questions used in previous McCombs interviews that I compiled from past discussion boards...
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Why an MBA, why McCombs, why now?
3. What qualities do you value in a leader, talk about leadership experience. Name someone who is a good leader and what makes them so?
4. What is a frustrating experience at work?
5. What will you contribute to McCombs, what will you contribute to a group?
6. What are your strengths, weaknesses?
7. What will be the most challenging aspect for you of working in a study group?
8. What have you learned about yourself through the application process? What do you wish you could improve in your application?
9. How will you reach out to international students?
10. What will you do to leave a lasting impact on McCombs after you have graduated?
Other than "walk me through your resume" none of the other questions were directly asked as the interview was more conversational style.
The alum who interviewed me was very interested in any questions I had about McCombs. DEFINATELY have several questions about Texas ready to go for when they ask.
Lastly, I wouldn't try to script/memorize answers. Just make bullet points and know what you want to talk about for each question type.
Hope this helps.
