Shmegs is walking proof you never know in this process and there is always hope. Admit to one of the most difficult schools after dings from a few schools that are "easier" to get into.
Thanks nervous, I absolutely agree that everyone should apply to their top choices and hope for the best. Thanks helg, yes it does...I would have been happy to go to either school but Wharton was my top choice. I just spoke with a person from the adcom and she said that the decisions are going live shortly. So good luck guys I really hope everyone gets in!

Haha I agree, the whole process is a bit bonkers. There is a huge amount of change/luck/etc so you never know.
They offered me an opportunity of deny feedback, sounding like an encouragement to re-apply. 2nd time reapplicant? Does it sound ridiculous or as a sign of real big-time motivation?
Tough break guys...
Dabots are you going to hold out for MIT or are you going to GSB.
JP, at least you got good news yesterday...makes the ding a lot easier to take.
mba2010, so are you gonna be joining us at Kellogg admit weekend then?
I updated the thread with all the schools, I believe I got the interview vs no-interview and all the decisions right. Feel free to correct that though.

It does river. But I am WL not Ding at Wharton, so not sure what to do yet. I love Chicago, but am obviously still interested in Wharton, but their notification is after I have to accept the Chicago admit. I'm still waiting on Sloan too, but I think I am likely to pull my app there.
I know I haven't been a very active poster here... essentially, I'm incredibly superstitious, and didn't want to jinx myself : )
Anyway, I got into Wharton Health Care Management today. I just wanted to thank everyone for everything that's been posted here. This is an amazingly supportive forum.
I'll put up my profile and happily post about my other application/interview experiences.
Sorry about the mix up...well GSB is still a great "backup" to put it mildly.

Absolutely, frankly I fell in love with Chicago when I visited and somewhat hoped I'd only get into one school to make my decision easy. I certainly don't view it as a back-up. But being on the WL is incredibly frustrating for deciding my process especially given the timing of dates. I'm likely to join you in the Chicago area...
