GMAT: 710 GPA: 3.8 University: Mid Tier Private University in USA Experience: 3 yrs - strategy consulting (Big4) EC: A whole lot of it in UG with some pretty good leadership throughout Post UG: Some good stuff but nothing earth shattering
Also Male and Indian since i know some folks were wondering if any of our lot had gotten invites yet.
Nice way to start the weekend ... pity I am all alone.

Quick question, guys. Since Wharton asks for two recommendations (preferably supervisors) which combination would be better:
1. Current Supervisor from Current Employer 2. Current Director (supported me through entrepreneurial and leadership stuff at current employer) above my Supervisor.
or 1. Current Director (supported me through entrepreneurial and leadership stuff at current employer) above my Supervisor. 2. Former non profit Executive Director (and former direct supervisor) who saw me establish a new branch for the non-profit and really add value to small businesses for the last 3 years.
Thanks in advance!

Hi MBA Girl,
I am little curious... did you find which of the two is better option? I am on the same page and trying to decide... what approach to take.

I am still hesitant. The advice I got was to pick the two supervisors from my current employer because they were recent. But for another app the Non Profit recommender did write a great recommendation - better written than the other two, but still underlining the fact I was still in college when I worked there. So I am still hesitant.

I have just started looking at the wharton app. I am not able to find the LOR questions. Can somebody send me the questions that Wharton ask the Recommenders to answer?

Wharton doesn't seem to be in any kind of rush or maybe this thread is visited only by folks who are borderline qualified for Wharton. I hope the latter is not true. Anyways, any HCM candidate receive any invite yet?
I agree..it is awfully quite here today. Doesnt seem there is any invite out today. Can someone please mention which weeks Wharton is conducting interview (i havent got the invite but hoping (with confidence) i will get one
