This goes without saying but reapplication to Wharton is tricky. It's only made worse by the fact that feedback is not available.
Despite the lack of feedback, if you can get your hands on the seminars given to waitlist candidates, that MIGHT give you some insights about how to improve your profile since those are people who did slightly better than those rejected but not good enough to have been given an outright admission. I realize that's not particular to your candidacy but it can reveal the thinking from the AdCom perspective.
