Calling all Wharton re-applicants

Question

While there is an enormous amount of content to help MBA hopefuls nail their applications, I've noticed there is very little information or guidance offered to re-applicants. I'm hoping this could be a space used to share info on the process of applying to a school that you have been previously rejected from. Any and all insight welcome.

To start, I will attempt to get answers to the following questions and post answers on here:
1. Will Adcom have my old application at hand when reviewing my new one? How will my old app be used or reviewed, if at all? 
2. Are there any webinars or resources that the school specifically offers to those reapplying?

Does Wharton provide application feedback and did you get one?

Wharton does not offer direct feedback to denied or waitlisted applicants, so I did not get any myself. I have confirmed that Wharton will not evaluate your old application or reference it, as they evaluate your new one. A re-applicant's application will be seen as a new slate.

Forget about feedback (which I did ask), they didnt even send me an email about rejection. Pathetic communication - they can/will blame COVID for this but really?

andyprezth  Really?! They didn't share any news with you? I received a rejection letter on my portal. Were you still able to commit to a program? Or will you be reapplying?

This goes without saying but reapplication to Wharton is tricky. It's only made worse by the fact that feedback is not available.

Despite the lack of feedback, if you can get your hands on the seminars given to waitlist candidates, that MIGHT give you some insights about how to improve your profile since those are people who did slightly better than those rejected but not good enough to have been given an outright admission. I realize that's not particular to your candidacy but it can reveal the thinking from the AdCom perspective.
