hey guys,
just came bk from my interview. i thought it was decent. nothing hard. the standard questions.
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why MBA? Why now?
3. Why Chicago?
4. Talk about a leadership experience at some job.
Some follow-up questions. But fairly straightforward. No feedback. I asked her at the end to talk a little bit about her experience at GSB.
Overall, nothing crazy.
Good luck for upcoming interviews!
Cheers,
Nups
Mine was similarly standard. Nothing crazy.
1. Walk me through your resume. He took a lot of time on the resume about the what, how, when of every task
2. Why Chicago
3. Current job, what kind of communication problems I face with the remote members of my team
4. According to me, what do Project Management, Business Development and Product Management mean
5. Why did we open a China office (considering the small size of our company)
And follow-up questions.
I asked him about his experience at GSB -- how it was different from what he was expecting. And based on that, how he'd recommend me to live the GSB experience. I also asked him how he'd suggest me to prepare between now and when MBA starts. Finally I asked him about his job (He is in Operational Management. I had already read his profile on LinkedIn to ask specific questions).
We'll see in a month if I did well enough. All the best to everyone!
