BW forum. That thread has been very active this week. 3 admits in 2 days. You can only imagine how fired-up ppl got.

Wondee, sorry to hear that. However, looks like you have the right attitude. Get past this, analyze what went wrong and work on other schools.

Did you interview?

There was on more ding reported on BW today.

The admission decisions seem cyclic. The last week we heard a series of acceptances and in the last 2 days I have read of 3 - 4 dings.

Havent heard of any new interview invites in the past few days.

I know, I am wasting my time and over analyzing. Cant help it though. I feel like a mad man in a dark prison looking for patterns in the air.

Abhishek,

If you have not been dinged, thats definetly a good thing. Its not as good if you compare it to someone who got an invite in 10 days, but no news means that you are still in the running.

Its been about 15 business days since I applied, so I have started getting a bit worried as well. However, cant do much at this point other than focus on other apps.

Let us know when you hear something.

Seems 11 days is a bit of an outlier (they loved mNeo a lot - the dude must have sent some shirtless pictures of his buffed body and the ad-com went gaga)

Most candidates who got interviewed or got admitted have had to wait 4-5 weels from the date their applications went under review until they were invited for interviews.

So DJM..I think its kinda too early to get worried.. Well mine went under review on September 17, so its gonna be two weeks for me also soon.. and I am pretty scared myself, but there aint much we can do.

Abhi, I applied on 9/10 and went under review 9/11, so we are not very far off.

Hopefull, next week will bring some good news. I am a re-applicant and interviewed last year (no feedback though). I have made some good progress since last year, so am hoping for things to turn out better.

I was talking to someone who apped to CBS last year and he mentioned that you could get an interview at any point in time in the application review process. You could get an invite right after the first person reviews your app, or the second and so on...there is no hard and fast rule. So...guys keep up the hope :)
