I have a question regarding the slide, In my presentation, I haved used pictures that is not taken by me, but from google. How do I reference the source of those pictures?

I am also committed to R1. Need to do a full application review now. A question about the first essay - How did you choose your most recent job/internship. Are they asking about how I landed in my current company, or the latest client project I am working fpr? I have tried to explain both - but how do you guys read this?
