Having a slight panic attack - where are the recommender questions??

There is a small text field on the page where you designate recommenders to explain why you chose them. I have my app completed and ready to submit but am having second thoughts about my slide presentation...

Yes, but it only asks why you chose them not the exact questions recommenders have to answer right? I am pretty much done although neither recommender has submitted so im getting very anxious as to why.. With regard to the slide presentation, i wouldnt worry too much about it - its not a decisive factor between getting in or not.

Time to send them "friendly reminder #37"! All jokes aside, I think you should definitely keep the communication channel alive with your recommenders and make sure they are going to submit in time. The deadline is coming up soon, although I do believe school accept recommendations a week after the deadline.

I don't think applicants see the recommender forms. The system will email you once the recommendation is submitted. It also turns out you can see the recommender status by checking application status (even if you haven't submitted yet). Yes, it's buried and I didn't notice until after emailing admissions for help.
