I have just applied in R3. Does the admissions committee review additional letters of support? Would it boost my chances of getting accepted?

Just wanted to say that some internationals may get calls later (for them) - I got a call after hours Chicago time on R1 decision date which was the next day in my timezone. I do think they try and call internationals early unless you're Asia Pac.
