While i hate speculating, this wait makes me wonder about the various ways in which adcom might be approaching the applications.

Have they started piling the applications based on GMAT and reading it?

Because, there are some who submitted it on Oct 14th and already got an invite.
And the only difference seems to be a higher 740+ GMAT score!

No, it's random.

If that's the case, Rhyme, can you make some calls and have mine reviewed right now or if its already been reviewed just have my decision sent right now??

If I could do that, I'd charge $50 a call and I'd make $100,000 per round.

You can sure charge me a lot more than $50 for that call. The wait is killing me.

Its especially bad on the gmail app for the Blackberry because I couldn't see the subject of the second email, only the sender of Chicago Booth Office of Admissions. Knowing the first email was about the chat, I thought the 2nd email was something different. But only to be disappointed yet again...

That happened to me last year on my iphone. Sucks :(

I've got a good feeling about this upcoming week for all of us here. My goal is not check my iPhone every ten minutes, just once per hour 8-)

Has anybody been interviewed yet? I'm interested to know what types of questions are typically asked.

Also, does anybody know what "mandatory interview questions" have been asked in previous years?

Guys,
I think it also depends on when your application was complete. You should consider that date too which considering interview invites.

Now, I am looking fwd to 11/11 - the final mid decision date :?

This waiting and checking my emails after every 5 mins is killing me

One more doubt.

Are rejects also sent out immediately or the adcom waits for 11/11 to send out rejects?
