Well its going to be a very long day at work today :( ..Not sure about the chances now.
the only glimmer i have is no one from India has so far reported a call. neither here nor on BW.

They started calling out at 8am chicago time. That was 7:30 pm india time. am sure that is a pretty good time to call to tell the news...
coz ppl from HK, Thailand reported being called much later than 7:30 pm their local time..i think they have reserved today for us :)

Yes, infact i remember reading a few years ago that they called even at 10.30pm India time. I truly wish that today is reserved for India...and our numbers are in that list!

how i wish that is true!!! but it sounds a bit awkward that no desi has so far reported. Maybe they called someone who doesn't follow all possible forums ....Well its max 8 hrs. i guess they will post in any case by our evening....

still, it's surprising how no one who follows these forums has got the call (or they are not reporting it here?...highly unlikely as who wouldn't be happy to share the great news!)

Other than these forums (PG, GC, BW)... I know a total of about 8 others, not on these forums, from Mumbai and Delhi... No one has got the call... I am sure calls will come out today at 8:00PM ...

I also don't think enough calls have been reported from China, UK and France ... and working on the law of averages... it is highly likely that they have some more calls to make today PM IST...

Thanks for the heads-up... I am sure Rose would have communicated the "doors closed for R1" part to you personally ...

From the posts in various forum... A call is about 10 minutes... and there is no cast-in-stone rule that they can not call after they have updated... and I believe that they will make some calls today...But then thats me!

Sometimes I think it is over, but than I change my mind- thinking that there is still hope.
I think I had a great application and a strong profile, and I find it hard to believe that it is over (international)
