I’d say you see no surprise. Just be relax and practice some core interview MBA questions and some behavioural questions and you’d be fine. They are friendly and kind people and this makes the interview more like a meet and greet session. Just be mindful of fixed time which is 40 minutes and be to the point and succinct but don’t feel shy to elaborate in case you feel needed.

There were basic questions like introduce yourself... future plans ...why Mendoza ....your strengths.....your experiences that makes you different

And just feel relaxed

It will be like. A normal conversation
