If you are already a graduate, you would not have been eligible for YLP anyway.

Thank you for sharing your profile. It’s impressive to see your achievements and experiences, particularly your role as a Marketing Analyst & Product Manager at Berger Paints, your entrepreneurial venture, and your active participation in university leadership.

ISB has unofficially taken a step to discontinue the YLP (Young Leaders Programme). However, they are likely to introduce another program aimed at candidates with less than two years of work experience. This means there will still be opportunities for individuals like you to join ISB early in their careers.

Alternatively, you can consider applying to ISB’s PGP (Post Graduate Programme) once you have gained the requisite two years of work experience. Your profile is strong with a solid GMAT score of 710, relevant work experience, and significant extracurricular involvement. You would be a competitive applicant for the PGP.

Regarding your ISB profile it has great potential. However, the following aspects could be improved: As a BTech holder in Chemical Engineering from a Tier 1 college with a CGPA score of 8.13, your academic base is strong. Though having a target of attaining a GMAT score of more than 720 may bolster your application, while your standing at 710 is good, there is always room for improvement. This is an advantage to your position as a marketing analyst and product manager. Specify your accomplishments and consequences. Also, focus on the two internships with multinational organizations and the start-up that has produced income, which prove your leadership and strategic planning abilities. Your involvement as the General Secretary and the Treasurer also shows the organizational skills that you have used in organizational leadership positions. Composing engaging essays should be one’s main concern when applying to ISB, where the application includes personal essays, which narrate one’s story and goals, and interview discussions where one should explain how he or she fits into the values of the ISB. ISB alumni can offer advice and possible leads, and with their help, you can enrich your application.

Hi Maink,
I am confused to how ISB YLP been cancelled.

I have already cleared the first round and have the deadline for second round on 31st August.

Also they have taken application fees for the YLP program as well.
