can I include stories from my work experience in the essay?

Hey guys

I noticed in the essay prompt explanation seems to emphasize achievements outside of work.

However, since the prompt itself says we may not follow all the explanation below, could I use stories from my work as examples and can they all be from my work experience?

aaron317 Unless the application specifically states that you must exclusively use non-work-related references, you have the flexibility to choose your stories. However, keep in mind that MBA essays require a balanced portrayal of both analytical thinking and a deeper sense of purpose beyond mere numbers. Hello aaron317,

If the question does not overtly mention that you need to emphasize achievements outside work, you may talk about achievements from your workplace.

Having said the above, the Ad Com wants to see a holistic candidature; so, please ensure that in your application, as a whole, you are covering all the important aspects of your candidature in a balanced manner.
