Can i score 700+ in one month if i study fulltime? [#permalink]
Actually i liked your tips. Thanks for sharing them. Verbal is my main area of concern. I started practicing verbal and i am trying to do 41 questions at a time. I took 800score membership and practiced all verbal sections of each exam. I got 32, 36, 33, 34, 33 for the verbal in all the 5 tests. I think i understood my weaker areas. Is there any other testing company that lets you practice 41 verbal questions separately?

I am not a native speaker. I studied English as my second language. I wasn't confident in writing or speaking until i went to U.S. Another thing is that i don't read at all. I read very slowly and i take long time to comprehend the details. I guess this factor is also contributing to my poor score in verbal.

Here is how i am scoring in the mocks.

SC - 75 -85% right
CR - just 60% correct :(
RC - 50 60% correct

I am also not good at the pre-thinking part of CR questions. For some reason, i cant pre-think much. Should i devote more time to develop the pre-thinking skill? I know some people who does this really well.

I don't know if i can improve RC in one month time. Or should i focus more on CR & SC and leave RC as it is? I really need some serious advice here. I am really worried as my exam date is just 27 days away.

Try egmat prethinking session. Its free. You just have to register.
Read the main topics from power score CR bible.
Dont neglect RCs buddy. It will drain your energy in the exam day.
So be prepared. Work on 3 to 4 passages everyday.
For some skimming the passage works. Reading the 1st and last lines of all the paragraphs would help.
But take notes. Not to refer back, but to get a grip and remember what you read.
If you plan to skip a full length RC, do skip the last one. There wont be much impact on your scores provided you had done well in the other question.

*other questions.
Some say veritas is good. 49 dollars For 7 tests.

And one more thing. I feel that you are trying to rush with you gmat.
Do make sure that you are 100% confident and then go for the test.
I bad score will morally bring you down. (It happened to me)

All the best...
