Im applying to three more schools R2. The five recommendations I already asked for were just too much stress on my older recommenders. I havent asked them for more recommendations, but I just found out that the three schools I plan to apply to all have their own specific questions slightly different from the rest. Would one of the long letters from my previous schools that covered all the bases suffice for my new schools, or does each have to be specifically formatted for its respective school? I just don't know how closely adcomms read them.

I think they do read them. I've heard they sometimes do call as well. Not sure how accurate this is though
UCLA has a very specific question:
"In UCLA Anderson's school culture we share success, drive change and think fearlessly. Please give examples where the applicant exhibited any or all of these."
If my recommenders treat this as a "what are the applicant's strengths" questions, will UCLA care?
