Hi,
Is anyone else facing any issue with the mocks on mba.com? I was re-taking the 6th mock, and after I completed the verbal and quant sections, the software failed to load the first IR questions. I cleared my browsing data, restarted chrome and logged out – did everything basically – but I can't continue with the exam. I get a message saying 'unable to start the page.'
I then tried to see whether I could access my old mocks, but I get a message saying 'signature verification process failed' or something of the sort.
I tried using a different laptop. Still no luck. I called up customer support, but nobody picked up.
My exam is day after tomorrow and this is such a bad time for something like this to happen lol.
Any help would really be appreciated!
This happened with me too.
Here is what i did.
when you get that error , go the the previous web page and try accessing the test , you'll get a similar error. Repeat this process 4-5 times and it should work.
Or else try using in-cognito mode.( this one also worked for me)
also if you're sharing the account with your friend , tell him/her to log out when you use..
reply here once you try , so that even the other could benefit.
