Same! Since Sunday 11/01/2020 I have not been able to review my last mock and keep getting the "Signature verification process failed". I have restarted my pc, used a different pc, browser, cleared my browser, and nothing.

Same!! Took a mock test on Saturday and got a prompt that said session timed out...but fortunately was able to log back in and finish the mock. Been trying to access/review my responses and all i got has been "Signature Verification Process Failed"

I've left a message with GMAC but haven't heard back yet. :'(

Having the exact same issue - took a mock on Sunday, 11/1 and currently cannot access it to review. Also receiving the "Signature Verification Process Failed" message

JoshuaM, I was told that it usually takes 24–48 hours. My exam is tomorrow and unfortunately the issue still hasn't been resolved.

I'm facing this issue as well. I took the official practice 3 today and, now when I'm trying to access review my responses, an error message is being displayed that says "signature verification process failed". I have intimated the customer support regarding this issue. Hope they respond quickly.

Hi,

Is anyone else facing any issue with the mocks on mba.com? I was re-taking the 6th mock, and after I completed the verbal and quant sections, the software failed to load the first IR questions. I cleared my browsing data, restarted chrome and logged out – did everything basically – but I can't continue with the exam. I get a message saying 'unable to start the page.'

I then tried to see whether I could access my old mocks, but I get a message saying 'signature verification process failed' or something of the sort.

I tried using a different laptop. Still no luck. I called up customer support, but nobody picked up.

My exam is day after tomorrow and this is such a bad time for something like this to happen lol.

Any help would really be appreciated!

This happened with me too.

Here is what i did.

when you get that error , go the the previous web page and try accessing the test , you'll get a similar error. Repeat this process 4-5 times and it should work.

Or else try using in-cognito mode.( this one also worked for me)
also if you're sharing the account with your friend , tell him/her to log out when you use..

reply here once you try , so that even the other could benefit.

Neither of the solutions you've offered works for me Yash!!

Has anyone else been able to solve it or got a response from gmac?
