Hi all, I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this but I'm having problems registering for my Kaplan GMAT Prep Plus 2021 online. The website asks me " What is the fourth word in the first paragraph of Chapter 6?"
I put the word but it keeps saying wrong. Did anyone else have this problem as well? If anyone can navigate me through this, I would appreciate it.

Its a validation key word used to authentic access to the course or tests.
This can be case sensitive , try attempting carefully.
If no success then reach out to customer care..

Hi Cloudz,
As Archit3110 has pointed out, it's possible that the the word that you are supposed to enter is 'case-sensitive' (re: you have to be careful about entering letters in upper-case or lower-case to match how they appear in the book). If you'd like confirmation that you're entering the correct word in the correct format, then you might consider posting a pic of that page of your book so that we can confirm that you're entering the appropriate word in the proper way.
