Hi everyone,
for the past weeks I have been trying to register my newly bought GMAT Premier 2016 book and I keep encountering the same error message (see image attached). This comes right after I give my personal data, but before I am asked to give any data concerning the book, so the problem cannot be that the book is used (I know it's new).
Could anyone please kindly help me to register the book? This is extremely critical for me since I was counting on using both Manhattan and Kaplan CATs for my preparation and now I've been forced to already use 3 of the Manhattan. I only bought the book for the tests and it's turned out to be useless so far. I'm really frustrated.
Has anybody encountered the same problem? Is anybody able to help me? I'd be forever grateful and give you kudos.
My first CATS have been:
GMAT Prep (Baseline) -620
Manhattan #1 - 630
Manhattan #2 - 690
Manhattan #3 - 650
I was very disappointed with the 650 after the 690 and needand I was hoping to break the 700 barrier tomorrow with the first Kaplan...
Please please please, help if you can!

Try registering the 2015 edition instead - folks have had better luck with that one... (the 2016 and 2015 editions are the same)

Hi,
I got the same problem when I used the chrome browser.
Error is resolved when i opened in Mozilla firefox.
