I purchased the MBA Premium Bundle at 10:36 AM IST and my card was charged for $49.99 at that time. My card was charged for the same amount again by GMAT Club at 17:12 PM IST, I clearly did not purchase the same thing twice. I would like for the second charge to my card be reversed immediately.

Hey you can contact your credit card support and seek a reversal or just wait it out it may just get reversed in 2-3 working days

If it still doesn’t then i think the GC team can help you out

Dear dmjalan,

Thank you for this topic, also your 2 emails, and your PM. I cherish all of them though perhaps there was no need to be so generous with your communications and wasting many people's time with your simple request.
The better title would be "I accidentally made 2 purchases" which is fine by the way - we have no issues at all with refunding you but there is really no reason to claim that you did not do something that you did

Purchase 1: from IP address: 49.36.18.232 at 22:06 PM Pacific Time on Aug 25
Purchase 2: from IP address 122.169.100.212 at 4:42 AM Pacific Time on Aug 26
(our system does not have ability to charge you twice. Even if I wanted to, I could not do that; only someone with your credit card number and who was logged into your username on GMAT Club could have done it)

Not sure why you made 2 purchases but again, that is fine if you did. We all make mistakes and we have no issues with refunding it (which is already done) but there is really no reason to involve everyone - it is inefficient and takes away resources and attention from people who really need help.

I had the same issue when buying the prep exams 5&6, although the second charge was of a lesser amount. I certainly did not buy any other product so it must be a mistake of the company that makes the mba.com transactions. It is called asknet.
