Hi,
I graduated in 2009, and got recruited in Infosys technologies Ltd. Worked there for about 2 yrs. Then, I got married the following year and had to relocate to the US since my husband was deputed there. Now we are back to India after 3 years, and i am planning to give GMAT this year.
I have a feeling that even though i manage to get a decent GMAT score, my career gap of three years would definitely make a black mark in my profile.
Need your guidance to decide on pursuing my GMAT/MBA goal.
PS: I am now back working in an IT firm and have a total of 3 yrs work Experience.

I think clear communication is the key here. Ad Comm will understand that things happen and often times the circumstances are out of ones control particularly for women. I don't think this will sabotage your candidacy it just will make your rationale even more important as you seek to remove yourself from the job force for 2 MORE years. So focus on your story and a clear explanation of your employment gap
