There's tons of options within Education outside of teaching. Your path could be dependent on which students you want to reach and/or what type of venue you want to be in (something more corporate, on the ground teaching, or online).
As Dozie mentioned, you could go on the leadership side of a school -- creating your own charter school or working within academics in some other leadership capacity (e.g., superintendent). You could go into a administrative role within TFA, KIPP, Match, and the like helping them recruit and retain, open locations, etc. There are also education-specific consulting firms like an Ed Pioneers, and there are also a lot of new startups in the education space -- like a Chegg on the textbook side or EdX, Udacity, or the likes of a General Assembly in terms of online education.
