Hey Hi,
I have a very similar background done my Engineering and have been working for the Family Business and wanted to enter into the Finance field.
I took up the CFA course and have cleared my CFA level 1, and its probably the best way to enter into the finance field.
The course is structured such that you can you can complete it while working and is a well known certification.
It also costs much less than doing a masters course or a mba.

Hope you find the post helpful, hit the kudos button if you do .
