I don't know if this has been discussed before, but is there a topic-wise split for number of questions that appear in the Quant and Verbal Sections?
Also, are there any specific topics that one generally encounters at the 700+ mark? I recently read somewhere that one starts seeing bolface CR questions only when one is answering 700+ questions. Is this true? Are there any similar trends that I should be knowing?

Funny that you ask... interesting idea. First of all, the content of the test changes from test to test. For example some people have different type of questions - e.g. probability or combinations while others have statistics when they reach Q50. It seems the types can variate and since nobody can really see the exact topics on their tests it is hard to tell. However, it primarily varies based on the difficulty of questions. If you are hitting easy questions mostly, you will get arithmetic. If you are hitting harder ones - then probability, combinations, statistics, and unknown (questions you have never seen before). My logical conclusion is that perhaps the OG can give us an idea, though alternatively we can also run this exercise on all of the GMAT Prep questions to get an idea what questions appear at what frequency.
Anyway, I had a bit of time so I put together a list of topics that are encountered in the OG 2021 based on the Tags assigned on GMAT Club - I used this file: https://gmatclub.com/forum/error-log-fo ... 39692.html
Here is what I got:
There is a total of 500 questions and 634 Tags; that is because some questions have multiple tags/categories
Some categores are technically sub-categories of others. E.g. Rate and Work Problems are technically sub-category of "Word Problems" and so on.
