I would go with option B. In option C, 'which' doesn't have any verb.

IMO C

its better than B as it conveys the meaning effectively

I would go with option A. I feel "publishing them with his scientific findings" is clearly modifying "drawings". "publishing them with his scientific findings" is the extra information about his drawings.

confused between B and C, I think it should be C as "....publishing..." looks out of place

sounds awkward.

I rejected B because the modifier 'publishing them with his scientific findings' seems to ambiguously modify drawings which makes it make no sense.
