Its a very important question. I knew people who shifted their fields after they graduated from Chicago and from Ross too.
My only concern is that whether Chicago School would allow PT students to participate in the placements along with FT students. I know Ross welcomes, but am not very sure about chicago.

Hello All!

I just saw that Chicago has dual-degree programmes. MBA combined with other courses like "Far Eastern Studies" or "South Asian" studies.

A few questions about these ....

a) Has anyone here considered applying to one of these? Reasons for/against?

b) How much more time does it take to complete the dual degree than it does to complete a plain full time MBA?

c) I am assuming the faculty at Chicago that teaches these non-mba subjects is pretty good. Is that a valid assumption? I am particularly interested in "Far Eastern Studies".

d) Do you know anyone who has studied / is studying one of these courses? What has their experience been like?
