Thought i`d post this up as there will be some people who have families and this will be a major factor for them when choosing which school to go to.
Some things to note. In a lot of schools, the partners club sponsors the school activities. However some schools are more child friendly and the students (not just partners) sponsor kids activities as well.

InternationalIMD:- They have kindergarten facilities on campus (only school i know which has this as part of their facilities but you have to pay fees for it) -

HKUST - No accomodation facilities for families or children. Have to find private accomodation. No partners club
NUS - Will sponsor the visa of your spouse, but not for your children!!! No partners club
