You responded before I fixed all the voice text typos so you might want to take another look. Here are two links that will be helpful to you.

You seem to have communication skills, maybe good interpersonal (soft) skills as well. If so, I recommend that you *leverage the crap* out of this for your application and really put this across. Choose a community leadership role that will bring this out.

Oops! Sorry for that! I think that I kind of get the drift. At my current state, I need to squeeze the most out of my limited roles. I have indeed been part of a process improvement initiative at my previous workplace. The challenge for me is to quantify that in terms that capture the adcom attention. As far as retaking the GMAT, although I have hit 760 in GMAT prep, I'm quite sure that I have reached my peak with the 720 that I got. I will go through the essay links. Thanks again.

Oh nothing to be sorry for it all, I just wanted to make sure you saw the cleaned-up version.

What you're taking away is sort of a fragment of what I want you to take away, do take a look at the links they are not essays they are strategies for you to implement ASAP for you to make your profile more competitive.

If you have maxed out on the GMAT, you might want to just take the GRE for fun there is a free one on Manhattan prep. many of my candidates have performed a lot better on that test.

If you're just done with the testing then focus hard on how you can developed a well-rounded profile.

Work accomplishments stories are good and important... you are right to want to quantify your accomplishments but work stories but only a fraction of the picture. Again *well-rounded* profile. If I can level with you there are a lot of Indians that has work accomplishments stories and not nearly as many that have a well-rounded profile.

Work on self-awareness and figuring out how to communicate your thoughts feelings and emotions in the context of compelling personal anecdotes .. so that other people feel like they're *getting to know you* through your essays. This might seem weird but think about it if you were on the other end of the essay.

This is the key to standing out.

I should probably stop jumping the gun! Anyway, I will take a holistic view of the profile. It makes sense that my individuality should come out in my essays. Thanks a ton for your replies.
