I can't remember exactly if they got dings or accepts... I don't think they were all dings (bc I would be freaking out more right now if they were). One person did say they waited a week and then contacted admissions and they had actually received the feedback, but their status had not gotten updated.

You know what I bet it is? There's probably a "save" and a "submit" button, and some interviewers hit save and think it is submitted. That's what happened with one of my recommendation reviewers.

Hmm.. hopefully the adcom will clarify for you. I, like you, have not gotten a response back from my interviewer to my thank you email either, so I'm not sure what to think....
