Eliminate A, the latter part seems ambiguous.
Option B seems good. Let's keep it!
Eliminate C and D, although the latter part might be correct in a single way,
'cutting of salaries' seems incorrect.
Eliminate E, there is no need of using 'having' here, it makes the statement wordy!
Option B, says,
'including cutting executives'salaries sounds correct and apt. No ambiguity is present here.
