OA according OG is E.While this one is correct , A seems correct as well.OG refutes A by saying "The burner is already installed..." and this makes sense only if we assume that installation of burner at Clifton is being talked about.But in the question stem "...Hotco will sell one to Clifton..." and "On Installation the plant will make...." clearly explains that the burner has NOT yet been installed.
So A is correct as well.

E is right.
A is wrong because even if there is a competitive burner, the stem (or A for that matter) says nothing about Clifton owning a or planning to own a competitive burner... way way out of scope.
