we need to find Correct Answers (C.A) >=12 or not.
S(1) Incorrect Answers are less than 40% of total answers. Hence incorrect answers are automatically less than 8 and correct answers are more than 12.
40% off 20 =8. Hence Suff.
S(2): Atleast 25% incorrect can mean only 25% incorrect is 4 Incorrect and 16 Correct answers or 100% incorrect. Hence Not Suff.
