1. Don't include Tuck in this equation right now. You don't know if that WL will turn into an admit yet, and you don't want to put all your eggs in a basket that at this point has a gaping hole in it.
2. Look into who recruits on-campus for IBD. Yale gets all the big banks plus a number of boutique shops; I don't know what Darden has so I can't offer anything there. Reach out to the Finance Clubs to get connected with current students who interned where you think you'd like to work or are in the recruiting process now. Get a sense of what the process is like, what students like/dislike, what the interaction with alumni is, etc
3. Attend the admitted student weekends for both and see where you will be a better fit. Darden and Yale are very different schools environment/location-wise. You'll get a great job from either, but you might find you prefer the mid-Atlantic to New England or that you prefer a diverse lecture style to almost all case-based presentations.
4. While most would say to use the money as a deciding factor, a full-ride is a LOT to consider. If you find yourself drawn to SOM after visiting, see what they can do to match the scholarship.
I agree with Aerien. Visit first, then make the decision. If money is the driving factor, go with Darden. If employers are - compare the recent lists. (I will say SOM has a long tail in terms of the breadth of employers we bring to campus.) But the visit is going to determine where you'll thrive, and where you'll see yourself becoming the leader you want to be. If that's Darden, awesome! If that's SOM, great! Welcome to the family! If it's SOM, but money is a big priority for you, then you have the tough decision to make.
Good luck! Remember that this is a spectacular problem to have.
