I've been admitted to both Darden EMBA and Cornell EMBA Americas. I'm currently in health care strategy role at a large health plan, hold a doctorate of pharmacy degree. Goal post mba is MBB consulting, I've also thrown the idea around for IB or a health care VC role. Which program would you choose?

Congrats on the admits!!
Both the programs place folks in MBB , but through their general MBA program. I would suggest to do the following :
1) Talk to the career management at both the schools and ask about the stats of the placements from the EMBA program.
2) Talk to as many alumni from these programs as possible.
IB and VC roles are really competitive and you need very strong connections/top 5 programs degrees to get in!!

Your career interests don't seem to align as much with an EMBA program but more with a 2Y program. I agree with the above that you should look into a convo with your career center to see which school can help you achieve these unique goals for an EMBA
