Hi All,
I'm an engineer from India. I worked with a professional services firm for four years and have now started a venture of my own. I'll most probably be applying for an MBA next year.
Here's my GMAT history:
GMAT 1: 660 (IR 7)
GMAT 2: 640 (IR 5)
GMAT 3: 700 (IR 3)
GMAT 4: 710 (IR 1)
I just could not concentrate during the IR section in my fourth attempt and made a mess of it. The problem is that since I have already taken the GMAT four times, I'm not too keen to retake it. Plus, as I have just started my own enterprise, I would like to focus on its growth rather than taking the exam again.
Is it possible to not worry about the IR score and sit peacefully as I have already a '7' on my scorecard?

Hi
Schools typically ask for your highest score (from a single take) when you fill out the gmat portion of your app, which means they won't even see that 7 from the first take. I would retake if I were you.
That being said, your target schools might have a different approach. Open up an application and see what it looks like when you need to enter your gmat. Do they allow mixing? Hope this helps!
