Very warm and friendly conversation with a 2nd-year student.
She introduced herself and started off with the following questions, adding inputs after each of my responses, which kept me going :)

2. Why MBA
3. Goals -- Follow up questions to this
4. Why Fuqua
5. How will you contribute to Fuqua
6. TMAT you received constructive feedback
7. TMAT when you gave feedback to a team member
8. A time you assumed a leadership role
9. An experience with a diverse team
10. Questions for the interviewer

Yesterday, I gave my McDonough interview and I think it went well! A 1st year flex student is my interviewer and it was a blind interview.
1. Walk me through your resume
2. Short & long term goals
3. If not MBA this year, what would be your next steps to reach your goals
4. TMAT about your biggest commitment
5. TMAT when you made a mistake
6. TMAT you led a team? Also, an important constructive feedback you've given.
7. What is diversity meant to you?
8. I asked him a few questions
The interview lasted for a lil over 35 mins, and he made it very conversational throughout the time by sharing his personal experiences.

My interview was with Ms. Lynda from the admissions committee (she is one of the admissions director over there). Overall the interview was very conversational (she made sure I was comfortable in my space) and lasted for approximately ~30 minutes. The questions were as follows (although I don't remember the correct order and all the questions):
1. Walk me through your resume.
2. Immediate Goals post MBA.
3. Why MBA? Why Rotman?
4. Views on diversity.
5. Most important learning that has had a major impact on you.
6. Challenge at work and what did you learn from it.
Towards the end she asked me if I had any questions and I asked 2-3 questions. That's it!

Just had my Booth interview, off-campus with an alum. Was super friendly and conversational, went through my resume and tangential questions around it, my goals, why mba and why booth. Went for 1hr45mins, but honestly didn’t feel the time and we discussed a lot of random things as well such as my views on the economy and even geopolitics. Make sure you are well-informed in general and have planned your concentrations and electives for Booth, and why the Chicago Approach makes sense for you. Look at it as a conversation with an interested peer who wants to understand your journey, rather than an interview.

Hello, I had my interview with Alia Massoud which lasted for 20 minutes.
The questions were all behavioral.
1) walk me through your resume and tell me something about myself
2) What has been your professional accomplishment
3) What criticism have you received?
4) Tell me your strengths and weaknesses
5) What would you do if someone in your team is not working properly?
6) Any situation where you had to exhibit leadership?
7) some details about my business
8)What all schools have I applied to and on what basis will you choose if accepted to all of them?
9) Who will fund your MBA ?
Last 5 min I asked few questions.
All the best everyone

I had my interview with an alumni. It was conversational and comfortable. He was well prepared and has seen my resume. He provided positive feedback at the end but noted that the interview is only one part of the application. Here are my questions.
Tell me about yourself
What do you attribute to the success of your career?
Why an MBA and why now?
What does team Fuqua mean to you?
Are there any professors/classes that you are interested in?
TMAT when you use data to solve a problem.
TMAT when you had to solve a problem without data.
Why will Durham be a good fit for you?
What are your post mba goals?
How will Fuqua help you achieve your goals?
TMAT when you didn’t get along with a coworker/manager?
What are you most proud of in your professional/personal life?
Is there anything you want to share that we have not discussed?
What questions do you have for me about Fuqua, Durham, the MBA, etc?

I also just had mine virtually - second year student. Questions are basic - why mba, why booth, longterm shortterm goal. She also focus on how I interact in a conflict situation and constructive feedback. Went 40 mins. I cant really tell how it went actually since she kept it very professional

Just finished my on-campus interview today. Super friendly second year interviewer. The questions asked were "very-very-untraditional" in a sense that she did not ask me anything about why MBA nor why Booth, not even how I contribute to booth, but threw me about 7 different behavioral questions.
The vibe was super nice though. Everything flowed and before I paid attention to the time 55 mins passed by.
I dont know man, was it a red flag or the questions been asked were pure random. But man, 7 behavioral questions, there were definitely something else going on.
Good luck everyone.

My McDonough interview just got over an hour ago and it went quite well! A first-year student was my interviewer. It lasted for about 35 minutes.
Most questions revolved around the following:
1. Walk me through your resume
2. We both had similar backgrounds (Marketing), so a couple of questions were about how I pivoted from a technical role to a marketing role and how I chose my team
3. How has my leadership style evolved
4. My most significant accomplishment till date (I added a DE&I example here which he really liked)
5. The most important piece of constructive feedback that I have received so far
6. Short-term and long-term goals and Plan B in case they don’t work out
7. Why MBA now & Why McDonough
8. Any questions that I had for him
It was a blind interview and was indeed very conversational. He genuinely made an effort to keep it informal by adding anecdotes and his personal experiences.

I was asked a few questions similar to other debriefs. Tell me about yourself; what was the most impactful job throughout my career that shaped my personality. He asked about my biz venture (cuz it is my current startup); why Mba; why Vandy; contribution to school/community; tell me about a time I led a team; deal with difficult team member then I asked him 3 questions. That’s all

I interviewed with a 2nd-year student and it was very conversational. Typical interview questions like why an MBA, why Owen, and what am I looking to achieve in my career? I recommend reaching out to a student ambassador to discuss the school and answer any questions so you can be prepared to give solid answers in the interview.
They use a special unique platform for interviews, be prepared and email your interviewer with a backup plan, like Zoom, in case it doesn’t work.

Had my interview with a 2nd-year student. Very conversational, mostly seemed to be digging into my background because it is non-standard (military) and my goals because they too are non-standard (construction/real estate/development).
1. Tell me about yourself
2. What are you looking to get out of an MBA
3. Goals
4. I didn't get any explicit TMAT questions - just about my experience in project management, recruiting plan, back-up plan
Lasted a little over 30 minutes with my questions at the end included in time (roughly 20 minute interview 10 minute questions from me).

Applied in R3 but called for interview(online) with the R2 applicants.
3 member panel. No stress. Started with them introducing themselves. They placed a prohibition on saying the word 'Sir'.
Questions:
1. Profile walkthrough(Only work ex)
2. Choose one major project in your life and tell us about your learnings, outcomes etc. 2-3 follow-up questions on the same.
3. How will your peers benefit if you're admitted?
4. How did the themes in long term goal come into picture? Explain the disconnect between both themes.
5. How will your short term goal help the long term goal?
Lasted for 20-25 min.

I had my interview (CA) yesterday. I consider was the most friendly and easy interview at the moment. It was a 2nd year student from India, and he went for the typical questions.
1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why Mba
3. Why Rice
4. What factor will drive your decision if you need to decide between XYZ B-school (Location? Ranking? Professors? Community? Scolarship?
5. Tell me about your experience you had with diversity and how you would contribute to promote the diversity in the Rice community?
6. If selected What will you bring or contribute to the Rice community?
7. Anything you would like to add or tell to the Adcom team that was not addressed previously?
7. Any question for me?
25 min interview
Good luck!

It was a 30ish minute interview with a three-member alumni panel.
1. Work experience: What does my work day look like? What are the meanings of some of the jargons used in the application? Which aspect of the project do I specifically handle?
2. P2P learning: Panel asked me about all the points I'd written in the first essay. Huge opportunity to highlight what you bring to the table.
3. Case Study: You're the CM of Delhi. How would you reduce the pollution in the city? (Expect a case study/guesstimate if you've written strategy consulting as your short term goal)
4. Hobbies/Interests: They asked me to talk about one of my hobbies. I'd read this while preparing so I was prepared for this line of questioning. Things like if your fav sport is basketball, you're expected to be able to have a conversation on the topic as well. Players, fouls, trivia etc.
5. Why MBA at this point in my career?
6. Any questions for the panel?
Feedback: The way the first questions were posed did make me feel like I was having to defend my profile. So, if you come from a generic profile (Engg. + Consulting) be prepared to 'convince' the panel of your achievements and roles at work.

My two cents on the interview experience:
# Be thorough with your resume
# Be Prepared for 3-4 Behavioral Questions at least.
# Have good and relatable questions for the interviewer- not something that could be easily found
# Walk in the interview without having the final decision result in the mind, just be yourself
# Try Building a rapport with your interviewer
, while keeping it formal
#Dont be afraid to show your vulnerable side
All the best!

I had an interview with 2nd yr MBA student. He was very polite and we had a great talk for about 40 minutes. All those questions that are stated above were asked, but not in line with questioning, it was more in a natural flow of the conversation. I felt really connected.
