It was kind of semi formal. Questions asked were quite general of an MBA interview. I got asked questions like Why MBA? Why GWU? What are my future goals? Explain about my current role at my job.
The interviewer was very friendly which helped me kind of be more relaxed. He was smiling and kind of joking by the end of it which i really hope was a good sign.

It was great - probably the best interview I’ve had thus far. Interviewer was an alum that left in 2013. He was engaged and asked good but tough questions. He also pushed me when he felt my answer for one of the questions wasn’t quite there which was good!
To be honest I’m not great at remembering interview questions which is why I haven’t really submitted debriefs. Sorry guys :( But the
basis of the conversation revolved around leadership, specifically the different behaviours and rationales that I "exhibited" as a leader. One question that did throw me off a bit was something like:
"Give me an example of a time that you’ve led without force" (or something to that effect!)
I actually asked him to clarify what he meant by force - I felt that it could be interpreted in a few different ways, but he pushed back and said that the question was open for a reason!
All in all, as with any interview just be ready to explain why you want to go to business school, why this business school in particular, and why an MBA is right for you at this moment in time (as opposed to just continuing with your career). Remember that it’s also a two way street - what can you offer them/the class! If I remember any more questions I’ll put them here.

I had a virtual interview. There were 3 panelists. Not a stress interview at all.
The interview started with the generic "Tell me about yourself"
Then asked about my work experience and a day at my job.
Why isb? Why now? Why product management?
Short term goal.
Business aspects of my job since I am from a purely technical background.
My dream company.
Situational questions like..what will you do if u r a PM of Google and u have xyz situation.
Calculate weekly revenue of an Indian airline which goes from Bombay to New York.
Challenge at work.
It lasted for nearly 30-35 minutes.
All the best to Everyone who sees this :)

Below was my experience of the assessment day :
Day started at 8.00 AM CET (lasted for ~5 to 5.5 hrs)
1. started with a short intro about the panel and the school (some 15 to 20 min); They didn’t share the entire agenda before hand
2. There were 9 to 10 candidates (diverse in WE and nationalities) in each group along with 4 to 5 panel members
3. Activities are to test how we are performing in group / individual level
3.1. In the group activities : - you will be given a min of time and have to speak on it (either against or pro - they will assign that)
3.2. Then they gave a short case (a very simple one - not too much of data) - divided the group into 2 groups and gave 30 min to come up with a solution
3.3. personal Interview
General questions (Profile based, why MBA ? why now ? why IMD ? situational questions)
Interview was conversational in nature

In the one-way interview, you will see the question and be given some time to prepare your answer. You will then be given time to record your response(about 1-1.5 minutes). It works like the "speaking" section of TOEFL, differing in just that it will also record your video.
I got three questions:
1)Tell me about yourself
2)Career goals
3)Why UC Davis

Mine was for 30 mins with an adcom member but it didn’t feel very conversational. She was asking questions and I was answering them. She asked 7-8 very standard questions. I feel I missed two. I am not very satisfied with how it went.

Just had my interview with one of the Admissions team members.
It was entirely conversational in nature.
She started about asking my introduction (Who you are?) very candidly and followed up a standard Why MBA question?
As I have done an exchange semester in US so she was interested to know about that. Almost all the questions during the conversation were focused on my leadership skills that I developed during my professional career. In the last she also asked about my hobbies in free time. She also asked if there is anything else I wanted to make a part of my application.
Total time = 50 mins

I had mine with a 2Y student, an Indian. She was nice. She told me the modalities and asked if I has any initial questions about the interview. Then we began the interview. The questions she ased include:
1. Tell me about yourself (chronologically). Here I told my story from childhood to why I considered an MBA.
2. She picked up a group community project I had mentioned, and she asked about my leadership style because I had told her I led my group.
3. Why Darden?
4. Questions I have for her. She responded really well.

Most questions revolved around the following:

2. What do I like the most and least about my job
3. What is my leadership style
4. Most significant career accomplishment till date
5. A time when I worked with a diverse team to achieve something
6. Why second MBA (I already have a PGDM from an Indian B-school) & Why Kellogg
7. Short-term and long-term goals and what challenges do I see in accomplishing them
8. Anything that I wished he had asked me
9. Any questions that I had for him
It was a blind interview and was indeed very conversational.
Fingers crossed now!
