At the outset, I'd like to thank everyone who took the time to post their interview debrief here. It was quite helpful during prep so I'm paying it forward.
The interviewer joined 5 mins early. The interview lasted for ~35 minutes, including time to answer my questions. The interviewer was quite friendly and warm throughout and the interview was quite conversational.
These were the questions asked:
- Walk me through your career/resume in 2 mins and stress the highlights
- Why Rotman?
- Short-term and long-term goals? Back-up plan?
- Biggest professional measurable achievement and its impact?
- Biggest professional failure? What did I learn from it?
- Any other school that I am applying to?
- Learning that was life changing for you?
- Detail a time you were frustrated with a colleague, and how did you mitigate the situation or resolve it
- What are your experiences with diversity in a professional setting? What is your opinion on it?
- Any questions for me?

1) Walk through your academic experience and how does this relate to your goals and your application?
2) How will an MBA help you achieve your goals?
3) Leadership experience and leadership style
4) Why Cornell
5) How steps will you take to make sure you are successful in achieving your goals
6) Did you speak to anyone from school or the profession to understand more about the industry
7) What are 1-2 qualities your co-workers think you have?
8) Anything I haven't asked you that you wanted to share with me?
Overall, the interview experience was fantastic with the Adcom. Adcom was very nice and wanted to have a conversation rather than a very formal interview. The main aspect is to make sure you convey your story and goals clearly. Also, how will an MBA and particularly Johnson will help you achieve the goal?

I submitted my R1 application on the deadline and got the email invitation on Nov 14 at midnight.
I actually had no choice between pre recording and alumni interview because the interview slot was already full (there were dates by Dec 7). The pre recording was due 48 hours and I've just finished it.
It was consist of 5 questions with 45sec to prepare and 3min to answer. The practice questions on Kira had nothing to do with the real questions, so you may just skip them.
#125 were common and #34 were random behavioral; the structure was the same as LY.
1. A diversity/Equity/Inclusion experience which shows how you would contribute to Haas community
2. What do you want to get from MBA experience and why Haas for that?
3. An experience of persuading a team to adopt your opinion. How did you do and what was the result?
4. A heated experience of disruption or struggle within a team. How did you feel and what did you
learn?
5. Anything else that you want to share?
The questions are what usually expected , but 48 hours was not enought for me haha
Anyway, good luck for everyone!

Had my interview on the 14th of November at 10:00 AM.
My profile - Chemical Engineer, BITS Pilani. 4 years in Supply Chain, Product Development and Consulting. 700 GMAT. Post MBA goal - Work in D2C space.
The interview started 10 mins late. The interview panel consisted of one alumni from Co'15 and another alumni from Co'06. One member from the adcom was present but with video off and mic muted throughout.
The panel introduced themselves and right away asked "In few words, Sell yourself, Why you should be a part of ISB". (I was expecting more of a "Tell me about yourself"). I answered the question with my intro and combined it with my strengths and how I would contribute".
The senior alumn cruxed out the phrase "You like getting your hands dirty"
Then few questions around my essay and How I managed to deliver and implement strategies During Covid and Amphan (I work in an E-commerce firm and was deployed to control the Aftermath of Amphan in Kolkata). I answered it in a "CAR" format and circled back to the phrase "I don't mind getting my hands dirty".
Next question was "Why don't you directly get a job in D2C space since most of the learning is experiential". This was essentially a "Why MBA, Why ISB" question. Answered on the lines of Network, Knowledge and Credibility. Essentially told them I need to build a wholistic profile and build on business fundamentals in areas I don't have past experience.
Lastly they were curious to know How did a Chemical Engineer ended up in Supply Chain after making a switch from Consulting and Product Development. I connected the dots and told them that I ended up in Supply Chain to work on the implementation aspect of things and not limit myself with just advisory. "I like getting my hands dirty" :p
They asked If I had questions for them, I told them that there's more to my profile and How I recently featured in a music video. They were curious and then there was a 5 minute conversation around it.
Finally I asked them about SIG's and other interest groups in ISB.
Overall It was a nice experience, although I had so much more to talk about.
A big shoutout to Preppie. Both Nishchay and Tadasmi sir not only structured my Applications but also helped me in maintaining the right positive attitude.
And their mocks are always a must have before the real thing.
Good Luck guys!!

Duration of Interview - 30 min
Panel no. - 5 (2 panelists and one Adcom member)
The interview was decent, and they also asked me a guesstimate question.
Studied Mechanical, later joined as an analyst in a consulting company and now as a product analyst in an Adtech company. Total: 4 years of work ex
Q1. Walk us through your profile?
Q2. Tell us the reason for the goals mentioned?
Q3. Tell me about an instance where your team made a mistake and how did you handle it? Who took the blame? What changed in your leadership skills after that?
Q4. Why do you want to become a Product Manager in an e-commerce industry?
Q5. Tell me about an instance where you goofed up and how did you handle it?
Q6. I see you are from an analytics background and have quite an experience here. So could you "Estimate the total cost of petrol utilized in petrol bunks of your city?" (Didn't expect this coming but I answered it decent enough)
Q7. Anything that you want to ask the panel
I would say to be prepared for any kind of questions. The interview is to know how dedicated are you towards your work and whether your essays are genuine or not.
Please feel free to catch up

Had my interview on the 14th of November at 10:00 AM.
My profile - 2.5 years in big 4 consulting. 710 GMAT. Post MBA goal - Product Management
The interview started 5 mins late. The interview panel consisted of one alumni from Co'15 who was working for a tech company and another alumni from Co'14 who was an entrepreneur. One member from the adcom was present but with video off and mic muted throughout.
The panel introduced themselves and set the tone by stating their expectations from the interview. The format was more like a discussion rather than a question and answer interview. The whole discussion lasted about 35 mins.
First few talking points were on my age and me having a smaller amount of work experience compared to the usual cohort in ISB. I had to justify why I wanted an MBA now and not a few years later and also what I could offer to the ISB class with only 2 years of work ex. Slight grilling was done and lots of follow up questions.
After this followed a discussion on the tech industry and what I thought would be the next big opportunity etc. I was asked to explain as if I was talking to a layman( I had mentioned this as my one of strengths in an earlier answer).
Finally I had to explain how I would get a product manager role after ISB with a detailed plan. Some follow up discussions on my answer and they gave some advice as well.
Finally ended with them giving me positive feedback and how they liked how much clarity I had regarding my goals and career. They didn't ask if I had any questions for them but I managed to ask a couple during a discussion we had on the ELP projects at ISB.
I purchased the interview training package from Preppie to prepare and they gave me constructive feedback which I focused on. I also had a couple of mock interviews with my friends who are alumni.

Hello,
I was interviewed by Chris Jones and it lasted for about 40 minutes. The interview was more like a conversation and Chris made sure to make me comfortable before he started asking questions.
I was asked the following questions:
1) Talk about my resume and certain highlights in my career
2) Why Rotman and why Canada?
3) Any other school that I am applying to?
4) What has been my greatest achievement in my professional career?
5) Any dispute with my colleague during my professional life and how well I handled it?
6) Tell me about a time when you set a goal for yourself; however did not achieve the same.
7) Imagine that right after the interview the dean is getting on a call, what are the three questions you would ask her?
8) Any questions for the adcom. I had prepared a couple of questions and it's best to use this opportunity to clear any doubts you may have. However, please do not ask questions that are explicitly mentioned on the website.

I was told that the interview will last about 25mins. The whole interview lasted about 17mins.
Questions asked where:
- an intro abt myself
- short/long term goals.
- how i felt abt working cross-disciplinary team
- what would u do if u faced resource constraints.
- what are some things that attribute to my success.
- if my friend called me today and told me she is gonna start a coffee business, what wld i say to her.
- do i have any other questions
There were no follow-up questions after I answered each question, so it did leave me wondering if I answered the question well or was already written off right from the start.

Overview: The interview felt rushed and scripted. I had 30 minutes scheduled to speak, but was told only 25 minutes was available. The interviewer was taking notes each time I responded to questions, and sometimes would mute themselves or turn off video. Interviewer was nice and I would say it was a positive experience.
Questions:
Tell Me about yourself.
Why are you looking to get an MBA?
Why Cornell Tech and not the Full-time program in Ithaca?
Tell me about a time where you had to convince higher-ups of doing something different.
Tell me about your knowledge in digital tech.
What else should admissions know about you that wasnt submitted to your application?
What questions do you have for me?
