It was a very conversational and pleasant interview. My interviewer started off with telling me how the process works, and then a little about his background. He then asked me some questions, and was very engaging and interactive throughout. The interview lasted for 50 mins, including the questions I asked. Had a truly lovely experience. Tell me about who you are, and walk me through your resume Tell me about a leadership experience in your life Why MBA? Why Duke? What is a team experience that you think has impacted you and how?

Done with the interview today. My Experience:- 2 alums - 1 Male (2018 batch) and 1 Female (2008 batch) Also had an ad com member who was on mute and video tuned off. The interview started with me explaining where I was located. 1.) Tell me about yourself? 2.) Which position do you play in football? What are some challenges involved there? 3.) How did I contribute to a specific project? (Took this from the first point of my work exp) 4.) What are some challenges I faced as an Intern in the automotive firm I worked? Given that interns have a hard time when it comes to getting approvals. 5.) What would be the entry strategy for Tesla to get into the Indian EV space? 6.) Why ISB? Why not from a better foreign school? Particularly a US school? Given that EV markets in US and China are far ahead. 7.) Post MBA Goals? 5-10 yrs down the lane, where do I see myself? 8.) How will I contribute to the class from a diversity standpoint? 9.) Any questions for us? I asked a couple of questions and they spent a good 5 minutes answering them. Overall my interview was good and it lasted for 35 min. I want to thank the Strategy4GMAT team who helped me with this interview strategy and prep. The feedback was on-point in the mock interviews and helped a lot in structuring my answers better. They were very accommodating in the mock schedule as well. The final mock interview with Mr. Manan Puri was beneficial. Based on my profile, he gave me the exact questions I might run into, which is exactly what happened in today's interview.

2 Panelists- (Both male) My interview went for more than an hour, for the majority of the time I was asked questions based on my work experience (close to 45 minutes) Some questions I remember from my interview: -Was asked to choose a company out of the three I have worked with from my profile -Bombarded with questions on the role I had from my chosen company -How was I able to lead a team in the company? and what initiatives you took? -You must have learnings from your Job why not dwell upon them instead of going for an MBA? (Basically why MBA?) -My long term goal is to have a venture of my own, so I was asked questions based on it The overall tone of the interview was friendly but I was heavily bombarded with questions and cross-questioned extensively. For the interview preparation, I took Preppie's help where I took multiple mock interviews from them, they gave me some very actionable feedback that was tailored to my specific profile. They also helped me to structure my answers more eloquently. Each mock was a new experience for me and helped me remain calm on D-Day. Would highly recommend Preppie for anyone who is preparing for an ISB interview.

Among the leaders you have worked with, which of their qualities would you want to emulate and which would you want to avoid? 5. If you had to go back and do it all over, what would you change or what would you do differently? 9. Is there anything else you would like to discuss? 10. Do you have any questions for me?

Finally, my long journey to Kellogg interview has ended up today. I got the interview invitation on 9.21, but my 1st interviewer didn't answer for 2 weeks. Adcom matched me again but the interview has been re-scheduled 3 times because the interviewer was so busy. I'm so glad that I finally cleared the mission! The zoom interview lasted for 35 minutes and we had another 20 minutes to have conversations on my inquiries. The questions were quite generic, with only 1 unexpected question asking 3 words to describe myself. 1. Tell me about your career path 2. Why not the other schools who are strong in your industry? (=Why Kellogg) 3. ST / LT Goals *Some follow-up questions on my current organization 4. Your leadership style and experience 5. Your teamwork experience 6. Your experience with people from diverse backgrounds 7. You challenge or discomforting situation within a team 8. What is the weakest point in your application package that you're most concerned? 9. How would you contribute to Kellogg community? 10. What classes/clubs do you want to take? 11. What are the 3 words that describe you? The interviewer was calm and friendly, and she gave me thoughtful answers to my inquiries. So, at the end, it was really inspiring and informational conversation for me as well :) Good luck for everyone!

I got my interview Round 1 invitation on 10.20 and scheduled the interview with an alum from a different nationality / similar background. And I finished my interview today on 10.28. It lasted for 45 minutes with 10 minutes of Q&A at the end. My interview was friendly and conversational, not too much casual as an interview with current students. From her in-depth questions on behavioral questions, I got an impression that she was organizing my answers in a well-structured way, especially about the behavioral questions. - Walk me through you resume. - Some following questions about resume - Considering your ST goal that you mentioned, how is Ross MBA gonna help you? - What is your LT goal and what is your plan ? - What has been your biggest accomplishment? - What is your strength and weakness? (I related the answers with my accomplishments and failures) - Tell me about your experience with a challenging person or any other challenging situations. How did you impact them? - Tell me about your experience of working with people from very different or diverse background. - You've learned different foreign languages and seems like you have experienced diverse culture. Tell me about the experiences with learning those languages. - Tell me more about your experience as an exchange student. - What are the 3 words that your peers would use to describe you? During the Q&A session, I asked her about post-MBA opportunities for international students and her answer was very inspiring. I feel that it was a really great opportunity to have such a conversations with an alum from a similar background. Good luck for everyone!

Had an interview with a current 2nd-year student. She is really nice and lovely. It was a very conversational two-way chat and the interviewer was very engaged. We only had about 30 minutes for the discussion (she tried to aim for 30 minutes as much as she could). Questions: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Why MBA? Why now? 3. ST & LT Goals 4. How will you contribute to Anderson? 5. Tell me about a time you have managed differences at work. Follow-up question: How did you feel about this experience? 6. Tell me about your strength and how that helped your team in achieving their goals + Questions at the end for the interviewer. Overall thought: she was very nice, and she shared a lot of her experiences at Anderson while being able to follow up with questions about my experience. It made me feel like I was a student at Anderson talking to a classmate!

My interview lasted for an hour, and it was not as conversational as I hoped it would be. My interviewer really dug deep into every answer, with multiple follow ups on each. Tell me about why you want to do an MBA Let's go back to college, tell me about your journey till here Why did you shift from your UG major to current company? What does your company do? What did you do in your first role at current company? What did you like and dislike about it? Why did you shift teams? Did you like it more, and if yes, why? Why are you interested in your goals? Why Ross? Are you planning to move back to India after your MBA? Tell me about a time when you had to make a critical decision in a short period of time. What was different in your approach to this? Why did your approach work in this situation? Tell me about a time when you had to stop your manager from going down a wrong path. How did you convince him? How did your solution work? When have you worked with people different from you? How was your approach to this? When have you had to take an unpopular role and have people not be happy with you? How did that uncomfortable conversation go? What questions do you have for me?

The interview lasted only 25 mins. The Alumni probably had a long day ahead of her. She asked me the minimum set of questions she was required to ask and left the floor open for any questions at the end Tell me about yourself. Give me an example of a time when you showed great resilience Tell me about a time when you adapted to different situations Tell me about a time when you had to convince someone Why Ross Why MBA The interviewer was very chilled and didn't counter-question any of my responses.

My interview is with a second-year student. Normal Interview flow, small talk followed by introductions then my questions for him. Overall a good experience. Questions : 1)Tell me about yourself. 2)Why MBA? Why now, why not a couple of years earlier or a couple of years later? Why not MS? 3)Why Kelley? 4)Leadership style 5)Talk to me about a project where you have displayed your leadership style? Is there anything you could have done differently? 6)What role do you play in team setup? - Follow up on what I said. 7) Anything that you think I should have asked you? Followed by my questions to him. This last part was very conversational. All the best :)
