For all those that are anxious at all about online interviews, let me assure you that the Yale SOM interview was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had.
It was 30 minutes long and with a second year Yale SOM student.
Similar to the experiences of others, most of the questions are standard and it is a blind interview - the interviewer only has access to the your resume and nothing apart from this.
The interviewer introduced himself and straight away got into questions about my resume and work experience for the first 15 minutes, followed by the more behavioural questions.
Questions were as follows:-
1. Difficult situation
2. Disagreement with colleague
3. Proudest achievement
4. Why Yale, why MBA?
5. ST/LT Goals
6. Anything else that would strengthen your candidacy that you would like to add?
Hope this helps! Good luck!

The interview started about 17mins late. I had 3 alumnus on the panel. The interview was about 35mins and was largely based on my work profile and industry.
Here are the questions.
Questions:
1) Tell us about your work profile
2) Talk about why you have chosen this industry as post-MBA goal.
3) One challenge of your current industry and what do you think can be a potential solution for it.
4) Talk about the project in which you received an award.
5) What are you looking forward to at ISB
6) A few questions on extracurriculars.
7) Do you have any questions for us.
Mostly enjoyed the conversation as the panelists seemed genuinely interested in my work and the industry I came from.
Interview prep-
Have been preparing since I applied. Took time to summarize my work profile, my life in general, and why I wish to pursue an MBA and from ISB. Manish Mishra as my counselor was a great support in the process. I also took a 2 on 1 mock interview with Team Preppie. Got excellent feedback from them. Very similar to the real experience. Definitely opt for a mock interview to calm nerves and get a fresh perspective on your performance.

10. Anything else you'd like to mention?
11. Why should we choose you over others?
Probably a couple more I cannot recollect at the moment. And that was followed by advice around an MBA program and the Madison experience. I loved the interaction. Lasted about 45-50 mins. Fingers crossed, all the best to others!

3) Why do I want to join ISB.

5) industry specific relevance of cloud computing.
6) we also touched upon my mentorship experience from the NGO I have been working with for some time.
7) As a re-applicant, what were my motivations to reapply.
Finished with any questions for us. Overall interview went for 30 mins.
For application & interview preparation, I took help from Strategy4GMAT. Manan assisted me throughout the journey of applying and preparing for the interview. S4G were very helpful to understand my background and brought a lot of quality to my ISB application. The personalised mock interview helped me to tailor my responses in a structured manner.

The interview questions were standard and matched the ones below including:
"what is your leadership style"
The interview was very comfortable with a senior adcom advisor and last a total of 52 minutes. The first 30 minutes were dedicated to questions about me, the last 22 minutes were my questions about oxford that naturally flowed into more questions about me where I was able to showcase more of my resume and goals that were underrepresented in my application.

The interview was conducted by a current student.
It was pretty relaxed.
He introduced himself and later asked me to do the same.
This was followed by career aspirations and Why MBA ? And then by Why Vanderbilt?
He then asked me about a few situations around leadership, conflict management, challenging times and working in a diverse environment.
Closing question: how would you contribute to the community at the school?
Went on for exactly 30 minutes.

There were 2 interviewers and they jumped right into my work profile. Their first question was tell me about your what you work on regarding what you have written. They kept asking questions related to what I was saying. They asked me to give examples also related to whatever I said. They asked what challenges I faced in work. Then I had written something about football in my application; they asked regarding that. I'd say my interview revolved around 80-85% work, 15-20% the football thing I had written. Through these they were questioning how I handled this and that, what motivates me to do this and that, and all.
Interview Prep: I took two 2-on-1 mock interview sessions with Preppie. They were very helpful and accurate, and I'm so glad I took them beforehand. All my 4 interviewers gave very insightful reviews and gave me some really good pointers for my answers, too. Unlike other colleges' interviews, ISBs were not from a set pattern of questions, and thus, preparing with seasoned people with knowledge about this was required, and what better than to have your interviews taken by ISB alums itself!

I had two interviews, one with adcom and one with the alum
Adcom Interview: Standard interview
1) Tell me about yourself and why MBA and short term goals
2) why JSOM - Important question ( unless you know clearly about the school and have researched properly , we cant answer this properly. I took my majority of the time to explain my answer for this question.
3) Clarification on STEM (only dual degrees qualify for STEM in JSOM)
4) what is the biggest challenge I will be facing for an MBA
5) any questions for them
Alum: Conversational
Same questions but he was keen about understanding more about the job and responsibilites I am currently in and sharing their experiences of how JSOM helped shape their careers.

My interviewer was very friendly. My interview felt as if he's my mentor trying to get to know me better. It's a testament to how great the Ross community is!
Questions:
Why MBA?
Why Ross?
Tell me a time when you came up with some innovative solution to a problem.
Tell me a time when you challenged the status quo.
How do you motivate people?
Tell me a time when you received a critical/harsh feedback and how you responded to it.
[what caught me off guard a bit] What would you want to change in the world? Why?
Hope this helps! Let me know if there are any questions! :)

3) Why Anderson? How will you contribute?
4) Short Term, Long term goals
5) Career plan B
6) Tell me about a time you worked in a diverse environment.
7) Tell me about a time you worked in a team and how you helped them.
+ Questions at the end for the interviewer.
