You have a strong profile with a 750 GMAT, Chartered Accountant certification, CFA Level 3 candidacy, and 8 years of work experience in auditing and financial reporting at Big 4 firms. However, we see a few key areas that need attention: It’s important to address the potential misinterpretation of your undergraduate score. While your background is solid, schools may be uncertain about how auditing experience translates to investment banking. It also depends on how you have presented your stories in the application. How have you explained your career switch, link between short term and long term goals. So, there could be any reason for not getting a response from schools. AdComs in the U.S. and Europe may not be familiar with grading systems in India, and 75% could indeed be seen as low if not contextualized. You should share your grade scale conversion and explicitly state that you ranked in the top 1% of your class. You can also use the optional essay to explain this and ensure the admissions committee understands the true significance of your academic performance.

Awesome profile! Marketing/Advertising are more of a role rather than industry but that makes the options pretty widely available and open.
I would recommend that you start connecting with the military folks and clubs (you may have done that already) at schools and the military clubs - we have had a few great moderators last year from the Marines (HBS) and Army (Tepper) if you want a connection. Thank you for your service and dedication 🫡

For me, Tepper is better.

I would pick Tepper too with that scholarship! Tech recruiting has been elusive from MIT and Kellogg so gunning for some future possible benefits vs. hard scholarship dollars does not seem to be as attractive for a tech career.
