Very strong profile. From PE to PE is definitely doable. Your scores give you a strong defense, but that doesn't mean you get selected. You need to position your candidature suitably, and, of course, crack the interview calls. I know of someone with 760 who got 10 interviews out of 12 applications but converted only one.
From a country selection point of view, be very careful and clear on your 'why' i.e., long-term plans. Where do you want to set your venture could define your country selection. Even if it is back in India, how many years do you want to work and then set up your venture? This will also depend on the work visa situation for your Indian nationality. These are practical ground realities most candidates miss out on factoring because the mentality of 'I have 760; it means HSW or nothing' kills their candidature.

Thanks alot Dee for your review. I have started working on the crucial "WHY" part of the Essays, and could say I am trying to hold strings between two. I get that the AdComs are mostly gonna be looking at my profile from an overall perspective (Not just Grades / GMAT / GRE perspective).
I feel like cracking into PE (even though doable, can be a breath taking task for which I am willing to put in all my best efforts) right after my MBA as an Associate III is of ultimatum as of now (Post-MBA Goal). That's why I am trying to apply for schools which might maximise my chances of breaking into a Mega PE Fund abroad.

Which schools do you prefer for my candidature / profile to get into a Mega PE Fund?
Which B-Schools to target out of US to get into these Mega PE Funds? (As I do understand as most of these Mega PE Funds operate predominantly in US Markets).

You'll be better placed to create a funnel of schools that place a higher proportion of class into PE - HSW are obvious; for the rest, look up their employment reports as "% in Finance" can be misleading. You should then start connecting with adcoms, students and alumni to have 1-2-1 chats - their insights will help you shortlist the schools you should really target. It will also be your litmus test on your fit with the schools, especially which ones are 'Indian friendly' and which ones aren't (there are a few for sure).

Those are some really strong scores!!!

Sometimes if one is low and another one is high, you may get prejudiced against but with both of your scores so high, that would be an asset for most programs.
