I am a Financial Planning Associate at Tecnoquímicas, one of Colombia’s largest consumer goods and pharmaceutical companies with regional presence across Latin America. My career started in brand management and commercial analytics within the company’s wound care portfolio, where I led market analysis and launch preparation for a product line ahead of a major regulatory change in Colombia, contributing to the brand growing from third to first position in its category within two years. That experience in commercial strategy and data-driven decision making led me to transition into the Financial Planning team, where I now manage a CAPEX portfolio and analyze investment decisions across business units, manufacturing plants, and new product launches. I have also co-designed and taught a financial evaluation program with Universidad ICESI for non-finance leaders across functions including Marketing, Production, Legal, and Sales, reaching approximately 80 managers across two cohorts. Most recently, I have been leading a cross-functional AI adoption initiative involving Microsoft Copilot and Oracle ERP integration across six financial areas, building internal coalitions and presenting a unified business case that received executive approval and is now being sponsored by the CFO.
