Thank you for reaching out with your profile. It seems like you have a good foundation for a deferred application -- a strong GPA (though you shouldn't need to convert it), a strong GMAT score, internships with large organizations, and a full-time offer. I think the environmental focus should help you too. I also really like your startup experience and how you can show leadership and impact there. Hopefully, you have some other campus activities and awards/honors, as those can be quite important to round out your profile.
All this said, deferred programs are extremely competitive. Even when I see candidates with excellent profiles, it's still very challenging to predict their chances. I would give a few select programs a shot and if it doesn't work out, then reapply in a few years. I've seen many deferred candidates go on to reapply and be successful.

Education: B.Tech Environmental Engg, 3.7(in 4.0 scale) CGPA, IIT, Dhanbad; Minor Specialisation in Finance, IIT Dhanbad

Internships:
1. In Coal India as an Environmental Trainee
2. Tata Steel as an Environmental Intern
I have been given a preplacement offer to join TATA Steel as an Environmental Assistant Manager.
I have founded a startup, which works with various tribal groups in India to sell its products on a global stage. We have started our own e-commerce site and have good placement of our product in different states of India.
