I am writing my GMAT in Jan'04. The question that is yet not clear is whether I need to write TOEFL or not.

It 's been 1 year since I am working in the US and have a work experience of 3 years in the computer service industry. Do this provide the sufficient explanation for not writing the TOEFL or not?

Can anyone help getting me the answer for this?

Hi, If you a non native speaker, either you should study in IELTS/TOFEL exceptional boards or you should have work experience in English speaking country.
