Can I also not eliminate A and C for the use of word "its" for plural "movements". E was out to me from the very beginning. When left with B and D, it is easy to identify the logical error in B, which leaves with D. Can some expert please bless my though process of "its"?

Can you please help with this question? I narrowed it down to B and D but chose B as I didn't find D to be sounding grammatically correct.

Can you please help evaluate these two options? I am not able to find any flaw in option B.
