Simply expanding all the options will give us a clear indication of the answer.
Options A,B,C, and E all expand to give the expression wx + wy + wz.

Only Option D(3w + x + y + z) is not a valid expansion and is our answer.

All the options when solved gives us wx+wy+wz except for the option D.

The Option D has 3W+x+y+z is the only outlier.

i think it must be D as when we make it more concise it will became 4w+y+z which is not equal to above equation.
