Where do you stand in your prep? Jamboree can provide you with good hard questions (good if this is all you need right now), but egmat perhaps will lead you to systematic understanding of basics and variation of basics.
I myself took egmat verbal. It is quite OK. SC is very good, CR is medium, and RC is less than medium. Practicing egmat scholaranium is a must to ingrain your understanding of basic and its variation.
