Dear experts and friends,

I am accepted at Tepper and Goizueta (1 year) programs and need some help to decide what is right for me.

Goizueta has higher ranking and better employment stats but I am an international student changing career from Technology to Consulting, so Goizueta 1 year does not allow me for an internship and my international status makes the career switch challenging. Does Tepper make more sense for me?

Any response is much appreciated.

Please help!

If you are attempting a career switch, then a two year program is probably best. I'm assuming that it will be very difficult to land a consulting job with no full time or internship experience.

Also, Tepper sends a relatively large percentage of their class into consulting.

Another vote for Tepper here. Goizueta 1 year is great for people who want to earn their MBA as soon as possible to return to work but since you're a career switcher, you'll benefit from the summer internship and more job search time which you'll get from a 2 year MBA.
