Hi. I recently admitted to the both schools: Goizueta and McCombs, and I have to make a decision between two schools until Feb. 15.
I am an international student from the East Asia, and got full sponsorship from the company that I'm currently working.
My goal is to become a corporate strategist in my company and I plan to come back to my country after the MBA program.
My main consideration is that McCombs has a slightly higher rank and seems to be harder to get in.(based on GMAT Score and other students background),
but Goizueta is placed in a bigger city, which will make me to enjoy the environment better, and Atlanta has a good weather.(I don't like hot temperature like in Texas, but I haven't been there, so I don't know exactly about the weather in Austin.)
Since I will get a full sponsorship, I think I should go to the one which requires me higher tuition and living costs, but McCombs has a higher rank and seems to be harder to get in.
I cannot make a decision and want to get some help.

First off all congratulation on getting into two really good programs. To start off with your questions ask yourself what kind of school culture would attract you most? What kind of people would you like to interact with in two years. Both the schools would have great diversity but would be directed towards the target industries , which in McCombs case could be Technology , Oil and Gas whereas for Emory it could be FMCG and consulting as Atlanta has loads of them. As for you you would return to your company after MBA , try to find out which schools might have an edge in offereing electives in the field you want to specialize , what kind of club activities , speakers visit from your area of interest. Hopefully after this research you would have a better understanding in making a choice.

If you don't like the heat, Atlanta isn't a great choice either - it gets really humid there. That said, the weather should be milder in both Austin and Atlanta when school's in session, so I hope that eases your concerns there.
Something else to consider - traffic in Atlanta can be crappy. I have a friend who goes to Goizueta, and he loves it there, but he mentioned that traffic was terrible.
Don't discount Austin - while it's not as big of a city as Atlanta, people who have ever been generally rave about it.
The cost of the MBA is irrelevant - you're getting to go for free, so don't feel like going to the one with the bigger price tag to get the "best value." The value you'll have in the end is an MBA from a top school.
